Travis Kelce’s Mom’s Personal Life Decision Emerges on Saturday

After a humid Florida winter, Donna Kelce is making changes. New records reveal the NFL's favorite mom might be done with the current layout of her Orlando home.

On Saturday, TMZ reported that Donna is looking to defeat the elements at her Baldwin Park unit by replacing nine windows and six exterior doors. Permits for the upgrade were issued to address the challenges of the humid Florida climate at the 1,434-square-foot property. Kelce originally purchased the corner unit in March 2019 for $355,000, but the renovation suggests she is still trying to process the heat. The residence is situated approximately 20 miles from the Walt Disney World Resort.

Donna received exoneration for her spending choices from her professional history. She served as a Senior Vice President at Truist. She specialized in commercial real estate finance and underwriting affordable housing projects. The property stands in contrast to the $6 million Leawood mansion owned by her son, Travis.

The biggest safety net, however, went to the deed structure, which had entered the public record naming both Travis and his brother Jason, fresh off a $100 million podcast deal with Amazon's Wondery in August 2024, as the remaindermen or legal heirs.

Former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason has been facing a new chapter following the 2024 NFL campaign, retiring as one of only eight centers in league history with five First-Team All-Pro selections. The brothers have expanded into media dominance with their "New Heights" podcast.

Regarding her two future Super Bowl champion sons' post-football ventures, Kelce defended the shift:

“I'm really happy that he is stepping out and doing new things.”

Cleveland Heights, Ohio, was a long-term destination for the family matriarch. She purchased that five-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home in 1994 for $138,900 and sold it in 2016 for approximately $179,000.

Despite the global fame resulting from her sons' athletic success, Donna Kelce remains grounded in her Orlando community.
