Trevon Diggs has been a major piece of the Dallas Cowboys' defense over the past several years, now working under head coach Brian Schottenheimer
Diggs was widely regarded as one of the best defensive backs in the NFL heading into the season, having already posted incredible numbers early in his time with the Cowboys.
In the 22025 season, Diggs' availability has been limited.
He was added to the injured reserve during the season after entering concussion protocol. Diggs suffered an off-field head injury, having missed time after an at-home accident away from football.
He's also been dealing with a knee injury that's had him missing part of the NFL season while the Dallas Cowboys search for another win in their playoff push.
Ahead of a Week 15 matchup against the Minnesota Vikings, Trevon Diggs has been ruled out.
Despite having a good practice week, Diggs will miss another game for the Cowboys after returning from injured reserve.

This comes after what was described to me as a “great week of practice,” while multiple sources tell me the relationship between Diggs and the organization has “soured” and “been severed.”

Trevon Diggs last played in Week 6 for the Dallas Cowboys, but as reported in the link attached, his relationship with the organization has "soured" and "been severed."
While he was seemingly ready for a return, he will have to wait until Week 16 for a potential return to the Dallas Cowboys with a handful of games remaining in the regular season.
Trevon Diggs has posted 13 tackles in his sixth season with the Dallas Cowboys.
Diggs' best season came in 2021 when he had a league-high 11 interceptions to go along with 43 tackles.
