A scary scene unfolded Friday at the Philadelphia Eagles’ Super Bowl parade as two people were shot during the festivities.

Two women in their 20s were both injured by gunfire at around 2:35 p.m., according to a report from TMZ Sports. The shooting happened “just a few blocks” away from where the Eagles players had gathered. The parade started at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia and slowly moved its way toward the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

The two victims are currently in stable condition after receiving medical attention at a nearby hospital, per the Philadelphia Police Department.

The Philly P.D. has yet to make any arrests or even determine any suspects from the shooting, urging fans who had an intel on the incident to come forward.

Incidents like these are not uncommon at jam-packed public events like the Super Bowl parade. A similar shooting unfolded during the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl parade last year.
