The Texas Tech Red Raiders football program has ended the regular season and awaits its bowl fate.
Those former Red Raiders who are now at the next level completed Week 13 of their regular season schedule this week, and a couple of former Texas Tech players stood out.
Washington Commanders rookie defensive back Tyler Owens played a huge part of his teams in over the Titans, while Ravens defensive tackle Broderick Washington Jr. played well in his team's loss to the Eagles.
Let's take a look at each former Red Raider in the NFL:
S Dadrion Taylor-Demerson (Arizona Cardinals) - Taylor-Demerson played 23 total snaps with three on defense in his team's loss to the Vikings.
DL Broderick Washington Jr. (Baltimore Ravens) - Washington Jr. posted his fourth start of the year and finished with three tackles, all solo, and one sack in Baltimore's loss to the Eagles.
OL Terence Steele (Dallas Cowboys) - Steele made his 12th consecutive start for Dallas on Thanksgiving Day in the 27-20 win over the Giants. Steele and the offensive line helped running back Rico Dowdle to his first career 100-yard game, and the first 100-yard day for the Cowboys this season.
DE Myles Cole (Jacksonville Jaguars) - Cole registered 23 total snaps on defense but did not register a stat.
QB Patrick Mahomes (Kansas City Chiefs) - Mahomes and the Chiefs notched an unlikely win against the Raiders on Friday in a two-point affair, recovering a fumbled Las Vegas snap with 11 seconds left in the game. Mahomes went 26-of-46 for 306 yards and one touchdown.
DE Tyree Wilson (Las Vegas Raiders) - Wilson played 41 snaps with 34 on defense in the Raiders' loss to Kansas City on Friday. He did not record a stat.
LB Jordyn Brooks (Miami Dolphins) - Brooks tied for second on his team with nine tackles, five solo, with one for loss and one quarterback hit in the Dolphins' Thanksgiving Day loss to the Packers.
LB Sam Eguavoen (New York Jets) - Eguavoen tallied on e tackle on 21 special teams and three defensive plays.
DB Tyler Owens (Washington Commanders) - Owens played on special teams on Sunday and registered one tackle and forced his first fumble of the season which led to a scoring drive for Washington.
