Tyreek Hill and the Miami Dolphins have stumbled out of the gate to start the 2025 NFL season, dropping to 0-3 after a Week 3 loss to the Buffalo Bills. They now look for their first win in Week 4 as they host Justin Fields and the New York Jets. Despite the team’s struggles, Hill remains one of Tua Tagovailoa’s top targets, recording 15 catches for a team-high 198 yards and one touchdown through three games.

Aside from oblique and calf issues early in the season, Hill has stayed healthy through the first three weeks. Leading up to the Jets matchup, he was not listed on the injury report. Until Saturday, when the former Chiefs receiver missed practice due to personal reasons.

"Tyreek Hill was not at Dolphins practice on Saturday for personal reasons," Palm Beach Post's Joe Schad wrote on X. "Hill is expected to play vs. Jets on MNF."

Hours after news broke that he had missed practice, Hill took to Snapchat to explain his absence. He shared that he was attending the 50th wedding anniversary of his parents, Anesha Sanchez and Derrick Shaw.

"celebrating 50 years of marriage ," Hill wrote on Snapchat.

Hill also mentioned he was “wedding ready,” hinting at the special ceremony Sanchez and Shaw were able to celebrate. Hill even captured a photo from "Pops big day" of his parents walking off a stage, holding hands and surrounded by family.

Outside of Hill, Dolphins cornerbacks Storm Duck (ankle) and Jason Marshall Jr. (hamstring) have been ruled out after not participating in practice throughout the week. Cornerback Ethan Bonner is questionable as well with a hamstring issue.

Hill and the Dolphins will take on the Jets on Monday at 7:15 p.m. ET in Week 4's edition of "Monday Night Football."
