Hill returns after suffering ankle injury vs. Titans

The only thing that can stop the Miami Dolphins’ offense may be injuries. The team sure was tested with a scare on Monday night.

Tyreek Hill suffered a left ankle injury late in the first quarter of the Dolphins’ “Monday Night Football” game against the Tennessee Titans at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Fla.

Hill caught a pass for a loss of six yards and was limping after being brought down by Sean Murphy-Bunting.

Despite limping, Hill caught a burst halfway to the sideline and was able to run off the field.

However, Hill exited the game and did not return with the team when the second half began. He later returned to the field during the third quarter without his ankle taped and without a helmet on. But he was still in uniform.

Not long after he returned to the field during the third quarter, Hill returned to the game.

Altogether, Hill wound up missing about two quarters of football.

Hill entered the game with 93 catches for 1,481 yards and 12 touchdowns. He leads the entire NFL in both receiving yards and receiving touchdowns.

He helps stretch the field, he scores a ton, and his value to the Dolphins cannot be understated.

The Dolphins’ offense stagnated without Hill on the field. They are electric when he is available.
