Former Tennessee Vols wide receiver Josh Palmer has a new home in the NFL.
After spending the first four seasons of his career with the Los Angeles Chargers, Palmer is heading to the East Coast for the next three years of his career.
Palmer reportedly signed a three-year deal with the Buffalo Bills on Monday afternoon. The deal is worth $36 million.

That's a nice deal for Palmer, who earned just $6.8 million over the first four seasons of his career.
Palmer has never put up huge numbers in the NFL, but he's always been solid. The former Vol averaged 571 yards and 2.5 touchdowns per season while playing for the Chargers.
Those numbers could be even better now that he'll be playing with Bills quarterback Josh Allen, the NFL MVP in 2024.
Palmer, who was a third round selection by the Chargers in the 2021 NFL Draft, played at Tennessee from 2017 to 2020, which means he was on Rocky Top for some rough seasons (2019 was the Vols' only winning season during Palmer's time at UT). If anyone deserves a nice pay day in the NFL, it's Palmer. He's certainly worked hard to get to this point.
Landing in Buffalo, by the way, means that Palmer will be just a short two hour drive from his hometown of Brampton, Ontario.
