Updated 2025 NFL Draft Order After Week 18
Kirby Lee / USA TODAY Sports

With the 2024 NFL regular season now concluded and the playoffs beginning soon, most teams are looking forward to the 2025 NFL Draft. With the order now officially set, here is where teams will be picking in the first round.

Following the Lions and Vikings game on Sunday Night Football, the Las Vegas Raiders officially have the sixth pick in the draft. The Raiders fall just short of having a top-five pick in the draft after having the number-one pick in Week 15. Fans are not happy about this because their draft position will make it nearly impossible for them to draft a quarterback like Shedeur Sanders or Cam Ward, who have been getting a lot of hype in Las Vegas for a good chunk of the season.

If Las Vegas still wants to draft either Sanders or Ward in the first round, they wold have to trade with another team in order to move up in the order. Teams like the New England Patriots and the Jacksonville Jaguars would be the most likely teams to listen to an offer since they already have their quarterbacks for the future.

However, there is still no guarantee that Sanders and Ward would still be available by the fourth or fifth pick, especially with quarterback-needy teams like the Cleveland Browns and New York Giants picking second and third.
