The Washington Commanders secured a comfortable victory over the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 3, but the win came with a costly injury attached. But as has typically been the case throughout general manager Adam Peters, he's striking with conviction to offset the blow. It was a convincing afternoon at the office for Washington. They took control early and got stronger as the game went on. Unfortunately, veteran safety Will Harris wasn't able to finish the game, and there was significant concern among players and coaches alike. According to Ian Rapoport from the NFL Network, the free-agent signing earlier this year sustained a fractured fibula. This leaves Harris on the shelf, probably for the entire season. The Commanders have Jeremy Reaves, Percy Butler, or Tyler Owens to fill the void. That hasn't stopped Peters from potentially finding another dependable veteran who could contribute.
