Video Compilation Emerges of Azeez Al-Shaair’s Dirty Hits After Trevor Lawrence Incident

A viral video featuring some of the most controversial moments in Houston Texans linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair’s career has sparked outrage on social media. The compilation, which has garnered over 5 million views on X, highlights a series of questionable plays, reigniting the debate over player safety in the NFL.

The timing of the video’s release follows Al-Shaair’s latest incident during Sunday’s game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, where a late hit on quarterback Trevor Lawrence led to his ejection.

The hit on Lawrence occurred during the second quarter of the Texans’ 23-20 victory. Lawrence, sliding feet-first to end a run, was struck in the head and neck area by a charging Al-Shaair.

The blow caused Lawrence to leave the game with a concussion, while Al-Shaair received a three-game suspension, which he is currently appealing. This incident, however, is just one of several plays featured in the now-viral compilation.

Fans were quick to voice their frustration after watching the video.

“They should kick him out the NFL before he ends someone’s career,” posted one fan.

Among the moments highlighted is a 2023 altercation with then-Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady, during which Al-Shaair appeared to strike Brady’s throat area during a tackle.

In 2024, he delivered a late hit on Chicago Bears rookie quarterback Caleb Williams, sparking a sideline scuffle where Al-Shaair punched running back Roschon Johnson. Later that season, he was fined for a late hit on Tennessee Titans running back Tony Pollard.

Each incident drew fines but no suspensions, raising questions about his discipline history.
