Videos and observations: 49ers take the field for OTAs

The San Francisco 49ers kicked off organized team activities (OTAs) this week. On Thursday, the media had their first opportunity to observe a practice, offering an early look at rookies, veterans, and offseason additions.

ESPN's Nick Wagoner noted that the following players were not seen during Thursday's practice:

  • OT Trent Williams, WR Brandon Aiyuk, S Ji'Ayir Brown, LB Curtis Robinson, OT Andre Dillard, WR Trent Taylor, DE Yetur Gross-Matos, QB Kurtis Rourke

The following players watched practice from the side:

  • LB Fred Warner, WR Ricky Pearsall, S Malik Mustapha, S George Odum, S Marques Sigle, DE Robert Beal, DT Evan Anderson, TE Ross Dwelley, TE Jake Tonges, DT Alfred Collins
