Vikings' Justin Jefferson puts Inver Grove Heights townhome on market

The Inver Grove Heights townhome belonging to Minnesota Vikings star wide receiver Justin Jefferson hit the market Tuesday for $439,000.

The end-unit townhome is located within the Blackstone Ponds neighborhood, less than two miles from the Vikings' TCO Performance Center in Eagan.

Jefferson bought the home in summer 2020, the same year he was drafted by the Vikings in the 1st Round of the NFL Draft.

Since then, Jefferson has gone on to become the best wide receiver in the NFL, and last summer signed a four-year, $140 million contract extension, of which a then-record $110 million was guaranteed.

According to the listing, the four-bedroom, three-bathroom residence features an open floorplan and an upgraded kitchen with access to a deck.

"The spacious upper-level features the large primary suite with walk-in closet and spa-like bath with dual vanities; two guest bedrooms + guest bath and laundry room," the listing states.

The walkout lower-level offers a family room and guest bedroom.
