Culp recently tried out for the Dolphins, but he left Miami without a contract.
Culp, 26, was named honorable mention All-Pac-12 while helping Washington reach the National Championship in his final season with the team. The Buccaneers used the 246th pick in the 2024 draft on Culp but he was waived after camp in 2026.
From there, Culp re-signed to the practice squad but was let go and spent a week on the Browns’ practice squad.
During his four seasons with the Huskies, Culp appeared in 42 games and caught 66 passes for 711 yards (10.8 YPC) and four touchdowns.
In 2025, Culp appeared in 13 games for the Buccaneers and caught one pass for six yards and a touchdown.
