Washington Football Team quarterback Dwayne Haskins was photographed maskless and partying at a strip club Sunday after his team's loss to the Seattle Seahawks. Although he apologized for the incident, the second-year quarterback is facing the consequences for his actions.
According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Haskins has been stripped of his captaincy by Washington as part of his punishment for putting not only his health at risk, but his teammate's health as well. He was also fined $40,000 for violating COVID-19 protocols.

Haskins was fined earlier this season for breaking COVID-19 protocols when he invited a family friend to the team hotel.
The 23-year-old made his first start since Week 4 on Sunday after an injury to Alex Smith. He threw for 295 yards and a touchdown but also tossed two interceptions in the 20-15 loss to Seattle.
Washington reportedly has no plans to release Haskins, though his future with the club is in jeopardy based on his actions on and off the field.
