Running through the snow while dragging someone behind him, lunging with a tree stump, passing a football with a resistance band and pulling someone behind him on the grass are among the four-time Pro Bowlers' workouts.

The 28-year-old had 20 receptions last season for 239 yards and a touchdown in 12 games and added three receptions for 39 yards and a touchdown in the playoffs, earning his fourth straight Pro Bowl nod.

After the 49ers failed to take home the Super Bowl title in 2019, it seems Juszczyk is more motivated than ever to have a successful 2020 campaign.
