Watch: 49ers QB Brock Purdy’s second interception leads to Ravens touchdown

49ers quarterback Brock Purdy’s second interception against the Ravens led to Baltimore taking a 10-5 lead on “Monday Night Football.”

Defensive back Brandon Stephens tipped Purdy’s pass and it was intercepted by cornerback Marlon Humphrey.

Running back Gus Edwards cashed in the interception with a touchdown on fourth-and-goal.

It's the first time in Purdy’s career he's thrown multiple interceptions in a half.

Later in the second quarter, Purdy threw a third interception on a deflected pass. Safety Kyle Hamilton came away with the pick, his second of the game.

The 49ers second-year quarterback has been excellent this season, prompting him to rise up the list of potential MVP candidates. His topsy-turvy first half has put a dent in those prospects.

Purdy’s first interception came inside Baltimore’s 20-yard line, but a wild safety four plays later lessened the sting of that error.

Edwards’ touchdown made his second mistake count.
