Despite the Kansas City Chiefs' wide receiver concerns, tight end Travis Kelce isn't slowing down.
With 9:34 left in the second quarter, Kelce caught a short pass from quarterback Patrick Mahomes and turned it into a 53-yard gain. On the next play, Mahomes connected with rookie WR Rashee Rice for a six-yard TD, which gave Kansas City a 17-10 lead.

Entering Week 7, Kelce leads the team in receiving with 36 receptions for 346 yards and three TDs. No other Chief has crossed the 30-reception mark. On Wednesday, Kansas City dealt a 2025 sixth-rounder to the New York Jets for WR Mecole Hardman Jr. However, the two-time Super Bowl champion only had 25 receptions for 297 yards in eight games with Kansas City last season.
If Kelce keeps playing at a high level, he can help the team overcome its WR questions as it pursues a second consecutive Super Bowl title.
