After watching Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson torch his Green Bay Packers, quarterback Aaron Rodgers couldn't help but be impressed.
Jefferson had an unforgettable performance in the Vikings' season-opening 23-7 victory, finishing with nine catches for 184 yards and two touchdowns.
When Jefferson and Rodgers met at midfield after the game, the reigning MVP told the rising star he was "the best player in the game today."

It's high praise from Rodgers but also hard to argue.
On Sunday, the 23-year-old surpassed 150 receiving yards in a game for the fifth time during his young career. Ironically, Vikings legend Randy Moss is the only player in NFL history to have more 150-plus yard games before turning 24.
Justin Jefferson now has 5 career games with 150 receiving yards.

According to StateMuse, no NFL player has more receiving yards than Jefferson since he entered the league in 2020. Furthermore, Jefferson's 3,200 yards are 132 more than Las Vegas Raiders' Davante Adams, who has the second most yards over that stretch.
The Vikings drafted Jefferson No. 22 overall in the 2020 draft. Jefferson has been an instant difference maker, posting 205 catches for 3,200 yards and 19 touchdowns over 34 career NFL games.
