The Cincinnati Bengals are not happy that the location of their first playoff game might come down to a coin flip, potentially robbing them of a chance to play an important game at home, something they would have earned by being AFC North Division champions.

On Sunday, running back Joe Mixon demonstrated some of that frustration by poking fun at the rule change by celebrating a touchdown by pulling out a coin, flipping it and then kicking it after it hit the ground.

That is almost certainly going to bring him a fine from the NFL, which already has no sense of humor when it comes to sneaking props onto the field for celebrations. The fact it is poking fun at a league decision is only going to reduce the league's amusement with this.

If the Ravens win Sunday's game in Cincinnati, and the two teams are set to play in the 3-6 matchup in the AFC playoffs, the location of that game will be decided by a coin flip instead of automatically being held in Cincinnati, which would be normal for a division champion.

The coin flip option is on the table because the Bengals will only play 16 regular season games after their Week 17 game was stopped when Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin suffered cardiac arrest on the field. That game was immediately postponed and will not be resumed.
