Watch: Chiefs DT Chris Jones does hilarious Cris Collinsworth impression

Kansas City Chiefs defensive tackle Chris Jones is a well-accomplished football player, but during Kansas City’s 26-7 win over the Miami Dolphins on Sunday during Super Wild Card Weekend, the 29-year-old lineman got to showcase another talent.

As Jones was chatting with his teammates on the sidelines during the game, cameras caught the five-time Pro Bowler doing an amusing impression of NBC analyst Cris Collinsworth as seen on Netflix’s “Inside the NFL.”

Over the years, many have mimicked Collinsworth, who’s famous for his iconic slide-in intros at the beginning of broadcasts and for starting off his analysis with the phrase “Now here’s a guy.”

And while he may have glossed over that part, the rest of Jones’ impression was pretty spot all the way down to the announcer’s famed love of complimenting Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

As for the game, Jones stayed quite busy. He pressured Dolphins QB Tua Tagovailoa three times and logged one QB hit and one hurry while recording 0.5 sacks on 36 defensive snaps, per Pro Football Focus.
