The air and ground were frozen on the snow-blanketed shores of Lake Erie but things got heated after the Cleveland Browns' 24-19 win over the rival Pittsburgh Steelers on "Thursday Night Football."
Pittsburgh attempted a Hail Mary throw on its final play which was harmlessly batted down in the end zone as time expired.
However, Steelers receiver George Pickens was seen grappling with Browns defender Greg Newsome in a tussle that took both players out the back of the endzone and nearly into the front row seats.

It's unclear what happened immediately after the two crashed into the barrier but they had to be separated by what appeared to be either fans or credentialed media in that area.
Pickens was still visibly frustrated and yelling at someone when teammate Mike Williams arrived to presumably diffuse the situation.
It's not the first time the third-year veteran has gotten into it with an opponent.
While in college at Georgia, Pickens was ejected for fighting with a Georgia Tech defender during the team's 52-7 win in the 2019 rivalry game.
Thursday, Pickens was held to just four receptions for just 48 yards. It was only the third such occasion the No. 1 option in Pittsburgh was held to under 50 yards receiving this season.
Pittsburgh (8-3) enters the long week still atop the AFC North division and will travel to Cincinnati in Week 13 (Dec. 1) before getting its rematch with Cleveland at home in Week 14 (Dec. 8).
The Browns (3-8) have an extra long week before traveling to Denver for "Monday Night Football" in Week 13 (Dec. 2).
