But it’s pure joy for Rich Bisaccia, who was the assistant head coach of the Cowboys and special teams coordinator from 2013 to 2017. Later, he joined the Las Vegas Raiders and even worked as their interim head coach in 2021.

The following season, the Packers hired the 63-year-old. He is currently one of the right-hand men of head coach Matt LeFluer. Together, they orchestrated a late push for the playoffs, winning six of their last seven games and even beating the current Super Bowl champions along the way.

Green Bay managed to secure the 7th seed in the NFC. By beating the Cowboys, they became the first team in NFL history to record a playoff win from that position.
