While many would have expected Garrett Wilson's first touchdown reception of the 2023 season would come from Aaron Rodgers, it actually came from his backup, Zach Wilson.

Suffice to say that what New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson did in the fourth quarter of the Jets versus Bills game clearly warranted an early catch of the year nomination. It also kept his team in the game.

With 4:55 in the fourth quarter, Zack Wilson found Garrett Wilson (no relation) in the end zone to bring the Jets within a point.

As you can see in the video above, Wilson kept the ball in range by juggling it, before bringing it down.

The touchdown, which was the first of the season for the Jets, came at a great time.
