Watch: Lamar Jackson surprises fan in heartwarming video

The Baltimore Ravens social media team shared a video of QB Lamar Jackson visiting his biggest fan before the team's game Monday in New Orleans.

(Caution: this video is a cure for dry eyes.)

Before our game this week, @Lj_era8 met Landon, a huge Lamar fan from Mississippi who has a heart condition

In the 40-second video, Landon -- who has a heart condition -- is wearing Jackson's No. 8 jersey and is surprised by a visit from his favorite player. He immediately walks up to Jackson and gives him a huge hug.

"He made my day," said Jackson as Landon wouldn't let go.

It's a powerful video that would make the toughest person in the room cry. It's also a reminder of the types of bonds a silly little thing like sports can forge.
