Legendary NFL wide receiver Jerry Rice popped the big question to his girlfriend, Latisha Pelano, on Saturday night in front of a room full of people, and she said yes.

TMZ Sports has the video, which begins with Rice at the podium during the DeBartolo Family Foundation all star charity gala.

Rice and Pelayo have reportedly been dating for the past decade, so it’s highly likely she’s been waiting for this moment for quite some time.

The NFL Hall of Famer is known for showing up big in big moments, and he certainly did that here.

Rice is still pretty active in the Bay Area community but maintains somewhat of a low profile — unless he’s out there crashing weddings.

Still, he remains a talked-about figure in the sports world, ranking No. 57 on SNIPdaily’s Legends Top 100 as of Sunday, two spots ahead of his old playing partner, Joe Montana.
