Check out this training video Brown shared on Monday. He hops off a box, then explodes over hurdles with two-footed leaps like it’s nothing.

Folks, that isn’t easy. It’s also not normal for a guy his size, as former NFL defensive lineman Ian Williams noted on Twitter.
