Watch: Ravens QB Lamar Jackson completes unbelievable touchdown

In a game between the Baltimore Ravens and Cincinnati Bengals with two All-Pro level quarterbacks in Lamar Jackson and Joe Burrow at their best, the Ravens star may have made the play of the day.

Jackson's touchdown pass late in the fourth quarter made Baltimore's eventual victory possible.

With 5:35 remaining in regulation, Jackson scrambled away from multiple Bengals defenders, fumbled the ball, picked up his own fumble, managed to stay in bounds and then fired a perfect strike into the end zone. The fact he even got the throw off was impressive enough, but tight end Isaiah Likely added the extra exclamation point by catching the ball for the touchdown.

After the highlight-reel worthy touchdown pass, Baltimore pulled to within three points of Cincinnati. They would eventually tie the game and before going on to win 41-38 in overtime.

Regardless of the final score, Jackson's touchdown sparked a big reaction across social media. Former players and media members couldn't believe what they saw.

Jeff Zrebiec, a senior writer with The Athletic, felt it was as impressive as any play the two-time MVP has made in the NFL.

"That was one of the most remarkable plays of Lamar Jackson's career," said Zrebiec, who also covered the Ravens for 18 years at the Baltimore Sun.

And Pat McAfee simply called the quarterback "absurd."

Jackson finished the game completing 26-of-42 for 348 yards through the air while running for 56 yards on 12 carries on the ground. Overall, Jackson threw for four touchdowns, giving him nine through five games so far in 2024.

Even more important than Jackson's amazing play for the Ravens, though, Baltimore now holds a 3-2 record with a matchup against the Washington Commanders on deck for Sunday, Oct. 13.
