After a sluggish start, Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker III is helping Seattle's offense gain momentum.
With 10:44 remaining in the third quarter and the Seahawks trailing the Denver Broncos, 13-9, Walker burst into the open field and scored a 23-yard touchdown.

The Seahawks' offense sputtered in the first half against Denver. On its opening drive, Seattle quarterback Geno Smith threw an interception to Broncos linebacker Alex Singleton. Denver also became the first team to record two safeties in the same game since 2017, per The Sporting News.
This offseason, the Seahawks hired new head coach Mike Macdonald and new offensive coordinator Ryan Grubb. Perhaps the team still needs time to learn Grubb's system.
Regardless, Seattle should keep finding ways to get Walker involved. Through his first two seasons with the club, he has rushed for 1,955 yards and 17 TDs on 447 carries.
Some think he could be in store for an even bigger season. During a recent segment on NFL Network's "Good Morning Football," Peter Schrager ranked him No. 2 on his top-10 breakout players for 2024.
