Mike Tomlin's Steelers (5-7) have won two straight, but could the stress of a 5-7 season be getting to him?
It's that, or Tomlin is just extremely locked in on gamedays. One of those scenarios is the case, as evidenced by this video of Tomlin cussing at a fan in the bowels of Atlanta's Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Sunday.
Please note that the following video, including the Twitter caption from Pat McAfee, is NSFW:

I fucking LOVE Mike Tomlin.. LOCKED IN.pic.twitter.com/dEVUAFNohI
This is a video that fans will either love or hate. There's really no middle ground when it comes to the intensity of head coaches.
The fans who love it, like apparently McAfee, will praise Tomlin for being locked in and focused on leading his team to a win. He's just trying to do his job and he doesn't have time to interact with fans. After all, don't most of us do our jobs without worrying about having to be entertaining to a random person?
The flip side of the coin is that without the fans, Tomlin wouldn't be a multi-millionaire. Without fans and their support, the NFL would be nothing more than a backyard football game.
The league is, of course, a multi-billion dollar entity, but perhaps it's not a bad thing for the players, coaches, front office, and owners to remember that without the fans, they're nothing.
There's also the fact that this guy wasn't even really asking Tomlin for anything besides an acknowledgment. It's a football game, for Pete's sake. It's one thing to break the concentration of a football coach. If the same fan showed up at NASA during a rocket launch, well, that's a completely different situation with actual consequences on the line.
It's football, not rocket science. Lighten up, coach.
