There was no stopping Houston Texans RB Dameon Pierce early in the second quarter.
After forcing a punt from the Tennessee Titans, Pierce wasted no time on Houston's possession, breaking free for a 92-yard TD run to put it up 13-0 with 13:55 to play in the first half.

The Texans came into Week 18 with back-to-back losses and three losses in their last five games. Before Sunday, Houston was 21st in the NFL with 106.4 rush yards per game.
Houston is locked into the fourth seed in the AFC as the AFC South champion. Injuries, however, have plagued the Texans all season. While WR Nico Collins has overcome a hamstring injury, WRs Tank Dell (left knee) and Stefon Diggs (right knee) were both placed on injured reserve.
The TD run from Pierce was a much-needed boost for a Houston team looking to build some momentum heading into the postseason.
