Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry delivered several memorable stiff-arms during the 2020 season. It appears he's working to make his stiff-arm even better in 2021.
Henry was captured on video Friday at the gym, working to make his stiff-arm stronger.

During the 2020 campaign, we saw Henry toss Buffalo Bills cornerback Josh Norman like he was nothing during Week 5. In Week 15, the Alabama product did the same thing to Detroit Lions cornerback Alex Myres.
Henry had an incredible season, rushing for 2,027 yards and 17 touchdowns. He also caught 19 passes for 114 yards. If he produces similarly in 2021, the rest of the league will be in trouble.
