Watch: Titans HC Mike Vrabel gives WR Treylon Burks sideline encouragement

Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Vrabel once again showed on Sunday why he's beloved among his players.

On a Treylon Burks fumble recovery-for-touchdown, Vrabel found Burks on the sideline and gave him some encouragement for making the play.

In the clip, Vrabel coached Burks through the moment. The former Arkansas wideout says he missed the guy he was supposed to be watching on the play.

However, Vrabel adds that Burks ran downfield to make the crucial fumble recovery on a Derrick Henry fumble that gave the Titans a touchdown.

Burks got a spoonful of wisdom from his coach, who said that he did exactly what he should've done after making a mistake.

Vrabel has become known in Tennessee for being a player's coach. He and Titans center Ben Jones shared an awesome hug earlier in the season after Jones played through a win with an injury.

Burks has had a tough start to his career. He's only played in seven games so far due to injury, and he fielded conditioning questions leading up to the season. It turns out Burks struggles with asthma, which affected his preseason preparation.

However, plays like the one Burks made for Tennessee on Sunday showed why he was taken in the first round of the 2022 NFL Draft.

Vrabel found the right moment to pour some love on the rookie. It proves why the coach has found so much success in the locker room building up Tennessee's culture.
