Week 14 of the NFL Season is in the books, which means the fantasy football playoffs have arrived. Here are the Week 15 quarterback rankings for fantasy football. All 32 teams are in action as bye weeks are over. Daniel Jones is out for the year, while Jayden Daniels is questionable.

Quarterback Rankings Week 15 Fantasy Football

Tier 1: The Big 5

Rank Player Opponent
1 Josh Allen New England Patriots
2 Lamar Jackson Cincinnati Bengals
3 Joe Burrow Baltimore Ravens
4 Matthew Stafford Detroit Lions
5 Drake Maye Buffalo Bills

This top tier of quarterbacks is the best of the best in fantasy football:

  • Maye and the Patriots are looking to clinch the AFC East with a victory at home vs Allen and the Bills. Allen is coming off a superhuman performance, scoring over 37 fantasy points. Maye is coming off the bye week, so he rested up and is ready to go. Expect both quarterbacks to have a massive fantasy day in Week 15.
  • In the AFC North, Jackson and the Ravens will look to bounce back from a loss to the Steelers, while Burrow and the Bengals will look to keep their slim chances alive after losing to the Bills. This matchup has the second-highest over/under total of the week. Both of these quarterbacks will put up a lot of points in the first week of the fantasy football playoffs.
  • Stafford got back on track against the Cardinals, throwing for three passing touchdowns and scoring over 23 fantasy points. He takes on the Lions in what is the highest over/under total of the week. Stafford is a top-five option in the quarterback rankings for Week 15.

Tier 2: Low-End QB1s

Rank Player Opponent
6 Jalen Hurts Las Vegas Raiders
7 Patrick Mahomes Los Angeles Chargers
8 Dak Prescott Minnesota Vikings
9 Jaxson Dart Washington Commanders
10 Jayden Daniels* New York Giants

These guys are low-end QB1s, and I feel comfortable starting any of them as my QB1 this week:

  • Mahomes and the Chiefs got shut down by the Texans defense. Mahomes had his worst day of the season, completing just 14 of 33 passes for 160 yards, zero touchdowns, and three interceptions. This was the first time he scored single-digit fantasy points since Week 8 of 2023. Mahomes has another tough matchup against the Chargers, but he scored 26 fantasy points against them in Week 1.
  • Daniels left the game injured once again in the Commanders disastrous performance in Week 14. The season is over for Washington, so there is a chance they will shut down Daniels for the season. If he’s out there in Week 15 against Dart and the Giants, it will be a battle between two exciting young quarterbacks. There is a high injury risk for both players, but they are each top-ten options for the first week of the fantasy playoffs with a lot of upside.

Tier 3: High-End QB2s

Rank Player Opponent
11 Baker Mayfield Atlanta Falcons
12 Trevor Lawrence New York Jets
13 Brock Purdy Tennessee Titans
14 Jared Goff Los Angeles Rams
15 Sam Darnold Indianapolis Colts
16 Caleb Williams Cleveland Browns

This tier consists of the high-end QB2s:

  • Lawrence and the Jaguars took over first place in the AFC South by beating the Colts. Lawrence had his fourth straight week and seven of the last eight weeks of being a top 15 fantasy quarterback. He has been providing solid floor play over the last two months. Lawrence can be started with confidence against the lowly Jets in Week 15.
  • Darnold had his best game in over a month, scoring 22 fantasy points. He only had three passing touchdowns combined in the last four games, but he had three in the Week 14 victory. The Seahawks are big favorites against the Colts, who just lost Jones for the season, so expect a run-heavy game script for Seattle, lowering his fantasy potential this week.

Tier 4: Superflex Options Only

Rank Player Opponent
17 C.J. Stroud Arizona Cardinals
18 Justin Herbert Kansas City Chiefs
19 Bo Nix Green Bay Packers
20 Jacoby Brissett Houston Texans
21 Bryce Young New Orleans Saints
22 Tyler Shough Carolina Panthers
23 Shedeur Sanders Chicago Bears
24 J.J. McCarthy Dallas Cowboys

These players are options only in very deep leagues or SuperFlex leagues:

  • Brissett has provided incredible consistency since taking over as the starter in Arizona. He has scored at least 18 fantasy points in all eight of his starts. However, he takes on the Texans defense that just kept Mahomes to six fantasy points. Brissett has carried teams to the playoffs, but he needs to be benched in one-quarterback leagues this week.
  • The young guys had a big day on Sunday. Shough scored 21.26 fantasy points, including two rushing touchdowns. Sanders scored over 33 fantasy points, throwing for 364 passing yards and three passing touchdowns, while running for another one. McCarthy threw for three passing touchdowns and scored over 20 fantasy points. All three are decent streaming options for the first week in the fantasy playoffs.
