Running back Rico Dowdle led the NFL with 239 total yards for the Carolina Panthers on Sunday, but was available in 42 percent of leagues the week before. Don’t make the same mistake in Week 6. (Fantasy stats via Yahoo!Sports).
WR Kayshon Boutte | New England Patriots
Stefon Diggs may lead the team with 37 targets and 387 yards, but he’s yet to find the end zone, something Boutte has done three times already. Two of those scores came against the New Orleans Saints on Sunday.
Boutte saw a team-high five targets from quarterback Drake Maye, catching them all for 93 yards and 26.30 fantasy points, fourth-most among wide receivers in Week 6.
A sixth-round pick out of LSU in 2023, Boutte is still just 23 years but looks to have established some chemistry with a quarterback that’s averaged the sixth-most fantasy points (20.70) over the past four weeks.

This week they’ll travel to face the 1-5 Tennessee Titans, a team currently allowing the eighth-most fantasy points per game (32.54) to wide receivers.
Boutte remains available in 92 percent of leagues.
TE Harold Fannin Jr. | Cleveland Browns
Fannin got off to a hot start with seven catches for 63 yards and 13.60 fantasy points in Week 1 but had single-digit fantasy scores in his next three games. Then, he caught all four of his targets and a touchdown to earn 11.30 fantasy points against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 5.
Last week, the third-round rookie saw 10 targets from fellow rookie Dillon Gabriel, catching seven for a team-high 81 yards against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Next week, he’ll face the Miami Dolphins, who gave up 68 yards to fifth-round rookie tight end Oronde Gadsden II in a 29-27 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday. Cleveland could also be without tight end David Njoku who left last week's game with a knee injury.
After that he’ll face a Patriots team allowing the fifth-most fantasy points to tight ends, with games against the struggling New York Jets and Baltimore Ravens following the team’s Week 9 bye.
Fannin remains available in 73 percent of leagues.
RB Kimani Vidal | Los Angeles Chargers
With rookie running back Omarion Hampton on injured reserve with an ankle injury, most assumed that Vidal would operate as part of a committee with teammate Hassan Haskins.
That certainly wasn’t the case as Vidal gained 124 yards on a team-high 18 carries while Haskins had only six attempts against the Dolphins last week
He also caught three of four targets for 14 yards and a score, making him the first Chargers running back to catch a touchdown pass since Haskins did so against the Denver Broncos in 2024.
Vidal’s 124 yards were second-most by a Chargers running back this season, and his 22.80 fantasy points were ninth-most among running backs in Week 6.
At 5-foot-8 and 215 pounds, Vidal will never be a workhorse running back, but with NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo reporting that Hampton could to be sidelined longer than the four-week IR minimum, he should see plenty of action and could discourage the team from trading for another ball-carrier.
Vidal remains available in 70 percent of leagues.
