In a video shared by NBC10's Rob Kuestner, Carter revealed his Philadelphia aspirations while acknowledging the challenges involved. 

"Playing for the Eagles would definitely be a dream of mine," he said, though he noted the improbability of such a scenario due to his high draft stock.

For the Eagles to make this dream a reality, they’d need a dramatic move up the draft board. A hypothetical package could involve young defensive tackle Jordan Davis and multiple first-round picks, a price that would require significant deliberation by Philadelphia's front office. Davis, who has shown flashes of brilliance, would be an attractive asset for a rebuilding team, making this scenario intriguing but costly.

Such a trade would place immense pressure on Carter to deliver immediate elite production while limiting Philadelphia's ability to address other needs in future drafts. General Manager Howie Roseman has been known for bold moves, but this one would redefine aggressive team-building.
