Jameis Winston is a New Orleans Saint, but he's not going to take the starting role from Drew Brees. What kind of role will he have in the organization with Taysom Hill also on board for 2020?
ESPN's Adam Schefter believes Winston will serve as the backup quarterback, like Teddy Bridgewater did last season, and Hill will be used in a number of different roles across the board.
"Brees is the starter. Jameis Winston is a back-up kind of guy. And Taysom Hill is the guy they can use all over the field in a variety of positions. That would be the setup going forward."@AdamSchefter says the Saints will plan on using Winston in the "Teddy Bridgewater role." pic.twitter.com/0tkKq5gqpR

The versatility of Hill provides Winston the ability to slot in to the backup role. The former Bucs QB went 7-9 last season with Tampa Bay and threw for 5,109 yards, 33 touchdowns and 30 interceptions. With Hill exciting the team as well, the Saints are in a pretty good situation with two quarterbacks capable of filling in for Brees when and if needed.
New Orleans won the NFC South with a 13-3 record last season, but Tom Brady and the Buccaneers may threaten that this coming year.
The NFC South will definitely be a much more competitive division in 2020, and it'll be interesting to see if Winston ends up seeing any game action.
