The 2025 NFL draft will begin tonight with the first round, but there will be some familiar faces not in attendance in person. Shedeur Sanders and Deion Sanders will not be in Green Bay for the draft itself.

Instead, Sanders and his son will be hosting a draft party at their house.

For those wondering why Sanders and his son are not attending the draft, Shiloh Sanders also provided some reasoning.

In a recent video, Shiloh Sanders, the younger brother of Shedeur, revealed that he and his brother would be streaming the whole draft. They will be streaming on Twitch.

"We gonna be streaming the whole draft. Me and Shedeur are gonna be on Twitch streaming the whole entire draft," he said.

That is the reason the Sanders family is giving to explain why they're not attending the draft. Others think that there is a chance Sanders could slip out of the first round, which would be another reason to not show up in Green Bay.

CBS Sports NFL insider Jonathan Jones has revealed that he believes there is a good chance Sanders isn't drafted in round one.

"I think that there's a very good chance that [Shedeur Sanders] is not selected on Thursday night," he said.

Regardless of the reason, fans will not be seeing either Deion Sanders or Shedeur Sanders at the draft. However, the broadcasts will surely be checking in on the family with live video throughout the process.

For now, all that fans and Sanders can do is to wait and see whether or not the quarterback is selected in the first round or if he drops into the second.
