The AHL All-Star game will be played this Wednesday night. The rosters are going through their final adjustments. Today, it was announced that San Jose Barracuda forward Cam Lund and Rockford IceHogs forward Brett Seney were added to the Pacific Division All-Star roster and the Central Division All-Star roster. Lund replaces teammate Filip Bystedt on the Pacific roster, while Seney will replace the Grand Rapids Griffins John Leonard, who is unavailable for the game. The 2026 AHL All-Star Skills Competition takes place Tuesday night, February 10th at 8 PM EST. The Four Divisions will take part in a 3-on-3 round robin tournamenton Wednesday, February 11th at 8 PM EST.

Cam Lund has played in 36 games this year for the Barracuda with nine goals and 16 assists for 25 total points this season. Lund played his college hockey at Northeastern University from 2022 to 2025. He played in 107 games with 36 goals and 57 assists for 93 career points. Lund was the 34th overall pick in the 2022 Entry Level draft by the San Jose Sharks. He scored his first career goal eight days after signing his three-year entry-level contract. The goal came against the New York Rangers on March 29th, 2025.
This will be Brett Seney’s second AHL All-Star game after being added to the Central Division roster today. His first appearance was in 2023. Seney has played in 41 games for Rockford this year with ten goals and 25 assists for 35 total points. He was drafted back in the 2015 NHL draft by the New Jersey Devils 157th overall. He played in 51 games for the Devils in the 2018-2019 season with five goals and eight assists. Seney signed a one-year deal with Toronto to play the 2021-2022 season, but spent most of that year with the Toronto Marlies. He has been with the Chicago Blackhawks organization since signing with them in 2022. The Captain of the IceHogs since the 2024 season signed a two-year extension back in June of 2025 to stay with the organization.
