Allen Americans forward Harrison Blaisdell is heading overseas to Sweden to join BIK Karlskoga (HA) after spending two seasons in the ECHL. Blaisdell, 25, had a breakout year with the Americans, putting up 32 goals and 26 assists for 58 points while playing in all 72 games during the 2025-26 season. Michael Gildon and Harrison Blaisdell were the only two members of the Americans to play in all 72 games during the regular season. Despite a strong regular season, Blaisell had just two assists in nine games during the Kelly Cup Playoffs. In his rookie year, he had four goals and six assists for 10 points in 50 games. Blaisdell is the first member of the Americsans to take the overseas route since the 2025-26 season came to a close.

BCHL and NCAA Career

The fifth-round draft pick of the Winnipeg Jets in 2019 began his career in the BCHL, spending two seasons with the Chilliwack Chiefs. In 100 games with the Chiefs, he put up 42 goals and 37 assists for 79 points. He would add two goals and five assists for seven points in 18 BCHL playoff games. Upon finishing his junior career, Blaisdell would head to the NCAA. Blaisdell spent the first two years of his eligibility at the University of North Dakota, where he had two goals and 14 assists for 16 points in 51 games before transferring to the University of New Hampshire. Over the course of his two seasons with the Wildcats, he had 14 goals and 12 assists for 26 points in 89 games. The Wildcats won the NCHC Championship in 2021.
