The Maine Mariners face the Adirondack Thunder tomorrow in a big game. The two teams will battle it out, with the winner taking sole possession of second place in the North Division. Ahead of tomorrow’s game, the Mariners got some reinforcements. The Mariners returned forward Brooklyn Kamikov and goalie Luke Cavallin from the Providence Bruins. To make room for Kalmikov and Cavallin, the Mariners placed goalie Billy Girard on reserve. They also placed forward Jacob Perreault on three-day IR, and they also transferred defenseman Loke Johansson to the 14-day IR. Maine will enter tomorrow’s game on a ten-game winning streak.

Brooklyn Kalmikov

Kalmikov appeared in one game for Providence and didn’t record a point; he finished with a minus-one rating. In 51 games with Maine, he is the team leader in points and assists. He has 48 points on 15 goals and 33 assists. He’s a plus-seven with four power-play goals and six game-winning goals.

Luke Cavallin

Cavallin appeared in five games in most recent call-up to Providence. He went 3-2-0 with a .896 save percentage and a 2.77 goals against average. In 23 games with Maine, he is 12-7-4 with a 2.47 goals-against average, a .914 save percentage, and two shutouts.

Billy Girard

Girard, in two games, won both starts, posting a 2.50 goals-against average and a .891 save percentage.

Jacob Perreault

Perreault suffered an injury in Sunday’s win, left the game, and didn’t return. In 26 games with Maine this season, he has 29 points on 12 goals and 17 assists. He’s a +11 with four power-play goals.

Loke Johansson

Johansson hasn’t played since February 20th. In 32 games this season, he has a goal and two assists. He’s a plus-three with a shorthanded goal.
