The No. 2 player on the NHL's all-time leading points list took to social media recently to make fans aware that he had been involved in a car crash, but fortunately, escaped without injury.
Jaromir Jagr — who played 24 seasons with nine different teams between 1990 and 2018 — wrote on Instagram early Wednesday that he had been in a car accident with a tram in his native Czechia.
The 50-year-old 10-time All-Star added that nobody on the tram was harmed during the incident.
However, Jagr noted the impact that the crash had on his emotional state, writing on Instagram "I thought it was my end."
Jagr recorded 766 goals and 1,155 assists for 1,921 points over 1,733 career regular season games.
