On Saturday, the Vegas Golden Knights and GM Kelly McCrimmon announced a two-year contract extension for team captain Mark Stone through 2028-29, worth $9 million annually.
Stone, 34, remains Vegas’s all-time leader in points, power-play production, and takeaways since arriving from Ottawa in 2019. He tied his career high with 73 points last season and has long been a Selke Trophy finalist for his two-way play.
