We've been following Jesse Puljujarvi for some time now. Thanks to his physique and speed, he can be dominant on the big Swiss rinks.

Puljujarvi, who was taken 4th overall by the Edmonton Oilers in the 2016 NHL Entry Draft, started the season playing for the Pittsburgh Penguins, and had 9 points (3G, 6A) in 25 games before he was placed on waivers in February for the purposes of terminating his contract.

He most recently played in the NHL for the Florida Panthers, getting in 5 games this year before being waived.

He then spent the rest of the year playing for the AHL affiliate Charlotte Checkers, who reached the Calder Cup Final before falling to the Abbotsford Canucks.
