Police in Fredericton, New Brunswick have charged four people with manslaughter in connection with the passing of André Bourgeois, a 41-year-old man from Grande-Digue. Three of the four people charged are under the age of 18 and their identity is protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act in Canada, while the other was 18-year-old Tyler Totten, a junior hockey player with the Fredericton Red Wings in the Maritime Junior Hockey League. 'Three more people have been charged with manslaughter in the death of a man following an assault in downtown Fredericton last month, say police. Two males, aged 16 and 17, and Tyler Totten, 18, appeared before a judge Thursday, when they were each charged in the death of André Bourgeois, 41, of Grande-Digue, and released on conditions.'
