Junior hockey player among four charged in death of 41-year-old New Brunswick man

Police in Fredericton, New Brunswick have charged four people with manslaughter in connection with the passing of André Bourgeois, a 41-year-old man from Grande-Digue. Three of the four people charged are under the age of 18 and their identity is protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act in Canada, while the other was 18-year-old Tyler Totten, a junior hockey player with the Fredericton Red Wings in the Maritime Junior Hockey League.
