Marchenko Leaves Game for Maple Leafs: Injury Update

Marchenko sat on the bench for a minute, wincing in pain. He tried to give it a go and came off his last shift immediately, then went to the dressing room. Was stretching the left lower leg a lot between those shifts.

The hope for the Maple Leafs is that it’s not serious.

Marchenko had 14 points in 14 games played to start his time in Toronto. He was leading the league among players who were on new teams.
