The New York Rangers have received some relatively good news regarding superstar forward Artemi Panarin's upper-body injury as the team hit the ice for practice.

Earlier Tuesday when the New York Rangers hit the ice for their practice skate as they prepare for their game against the Nashville Predators, they received some relatively good news.

Rangers star forward Artemi Panarin has recently been sidelined with an upper-body injury just moments before the Rangers' last game against the St. Louis Blues on Sunday and was labeled as day-to-day..

However, the good news is that on Tuesday afternoon, star forward Artemi Panarin returned to New York Rangers practice.

This is only relatively good news due to the fact that it's likely Panarin is not ready to return to the Rangers lineup Tuesday night, as he is not practicing with the group.

Along with that, another indication that Panarin won't be playing is that the Rangers are running their first power play unit without him.

Definitely a good sign to see the star forward return to the ice and to be traveling with the team on this road trip. Hopefully, he will return for their next game against the Dallas Stars.
