The Coyotes jumped out to a two-goal lead but Seth cut the deficit in half before the first period was over. Andreas Athanasiou and Colin Blackwell scored to put the Blackhawks in front, but Arizona's Nick Bjugstad scored late in the third period to send the game to overtime.
In the extra frame, Caleb scored the decisive goal to secure Chicago's victory.
Steve Konroyd, a 15-year NHL defenseman, was born on February 10, 1961. Konroyd spent parts of four seasons in Chicago and scored 57 points (10 goals, 47 assists) in 251 regular-season games. He added seven points (four goals, three assists) in 42 playoff games with the Blackhawks.
