Ingram saw action in the Predators' 7-2 loss in Game 1, making 32 saves in relief of veteran backup David Rittich. Rittich was pulled from the game late in the first period after allowing five goals off 13 shots.
The 24-year-old made his NHL debut during the regular season, starting three games for the Predators. Ingram went 1-2-0 with a .879 SV% and 3.71 GAA.
Nashville will likely stick with Ingram while starter Juuse Saros recovers from a lower-body injury. Reports have indicated that Saros is dealing with a high-ankle sprain. In his seventh season with the Predators, Saros went 38-25-3 with a .918 SV% and 2.64 GAA in 67 starts for Nashville.
