Samuel Montembeault is going to become a dad (too)

In recent weeks, we learned that Nick Suzuki and Noah Dobson were going to become fathers.

And today… we discover that another player of the Canadiens is expecting his first child.

Samuel Montembeault’s wife announced her pregnancy via an Instagram post. Congratulations, Sam!

I don’t know if all the guys on the habs had plans to bring a child into the world, but let’s just say it’s looking good for that to happen.

Hehe.

Seriously though, this is obviously great news for the Québécois goalie. He had a big year in 2025 on the ice, and 2026 is off to a great start for him as well.

There are great times ahead for Monty!
