Scary Scene Involving Kirby Dach as He Appears to Have Dodged a Bullet

At the end of last night's game, rightfully, it was the injury suffered by defenseman Kaiden Guhle that drew attention from the Montreal Canadiens.

However, we also need to monitor the health status of forward Kirby Dach today.

See what happened at the end of the game, a truly scary scene:

Dach did not return to play afterward, but only a few minutes were left in the game, so that doesn't mean much.

Kirby Dach involved in a dangerous scene

Many of us held our breath.

"OMG, the way Kirby Dach hit the glass separation near the Winnipeg bench looked so dangerous!"- Priyanta Emrith

It will be important to monitor whether he's on the ice this morning around 11:30 AM for his team's morning practice.

"The Canadiens will practice at 11:30 AM Wednesday at the CN Sports Complex in Brossard.

The Minnesota Wild will be at the Bell Centre Thursday."

The good news is that the Canadiens made two announcements yesterday regarding injuries, both involving Kaiden Guhle, and they did not mention an injury (or at least a significant injury) for forward Kirby Dach.

This would be good news under the circumstances, because it was really tough to watch.

Files to follow in the next few hours.
